Time to go Garmin Sports & Handheld GPS

This watch is exactly what I've been waiting for, I've had it for almost 3 weeks now and it's perfect for my needs. I typically run 20-25 miles a week and I'm tired of carrying my phone with me to listen to music. Within 10 minutes of opening I downloaded my playlist and walked out the door. As this is my third Garmin watch I already have an account with it as well as the Garmin Connect app on my phone which saved me a lot of time. My computer (Mac) recognized the watch as soon as I plugged it in and ran the software. When prompted, the iTunes library appeared and I was just checking the playlist I was trying to add. Little did I know that this watch was only tested with a limited number of brands of headphones, but luckily the 2 pairs I have are on the list. My main pair is a Trekz Titanium and they pair instantly in pairing mode. As a left-hander, I wear the watch on my right wrist and have never had any interruptions when playing music. You can check if your headphones are on the approved list before you buy. I would be upset if mine didn't work. The GPS connects much faster than my previous watch, the Forerunner 245. The watch is lightweight, has a large and easy-to-read screen, and looks a bit fancier than my previous sports watch due to the metal bezel around the bezel. I had no battery issues, picked up a 13 mile run yesterday and listened to music for 2 hours after my run as I walked downtown. The battery was still well charged and had 70% when I got home. The home screen gives you 4 different customizable data items: time, weekly mileage, sunset date and time (I changed the sunset time to calories burned and added a pedometer to the home screen). I would like to change weekly mileage to monthly mileage but hopefully this option will come with an update. The 645 Music is slightly smaller than the Forerunner 245 and a lot smaller than my husband's Fenix (I'm attaching comparison photos) which I like as I have small wrists. Overall, I am very satisfied with this watch and can only recommend it!
