Review on Effacera by Dang Reid

I recently had a negative Effacera encounter. Despite providing a large selection of party materials and decorations, their customer service and shipping times are both lacking. When my order finally did come, some of the items were missing. I contacted their customer care department, but I didn't hear back for a few days. When I did eventually get a response, it wasn't useful or satisfying. Additionally, some of the products arrived damaged because of their shoddy packaging. I am frustrated and disappointed in Effacera's lack of care for its clients' needs as a result of this encounter. Even though Effacera might have affordable prices, I would advise against using them for any party-related requirements. The lackluster shipping and customer care make the savings unjustifiable.
