For the price of regular blades or an exacto kit, you get snap-off blades and reliable knives to use them in. 33 blades and 3 knives for 10 bucks is an absolute must have! I wish I'd bought 6 though. (*My wife snagged two right off to help her with letter opening and packages!) These are a great value with a minimalist profile. The slim design lets you do cutting on the face of a board with ease. Think of cutting 'Great Stuff' that you used to seal a board's airspace under your roof. I was able to slice right up to the sheet metal without any effort at all simply by sliding the knife along the board. In addition, the profile of these blades is much like a scalpel, rather than the typical 30 degree angle of a normal snap off knife blade.
