I've waited a bit to write a review. The device offers excellent performance and is loaded with features that you would only expect from more expensive devices. Snapshots, iSCSI, NFS and more. The little programmable backup button on the front is great too, you can create your own task "macro" that does pretty much anything with the press of a button. Additionally, you can create tasks based on various other triggers such as: B. according to a certain schedule or something else. My only complaint is that after a month the device actually decided to stop responding to its network interface. I was about to reboot when I decided to just unplug and plug the network cable back in. To my surprise, this fixed it. I haven't restarted it since I started using it, which is great. I use it to store the VMDK for XenServer in my home lab. Aside from a little network confusion, it works great for this purpose, if a little slow (I have 4 VMs on it).
