Smooth Coat for Paint and Primer

I have used Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 on several projects. I've used it to prime our door frames and moldings on our picture frames and recently used it to repair an old, water damaged dresser. It worked wonderfully! I haven't had any problems with peeling or chipping except when I didn't properly prepare and sand the surface. I would recommend always thoroughly cleaning and/or sanding the surface before applying a primer to get the most out of this product.
