I used to cook in the food industry and this is almost better than restaurant quality. VERY non-sticky. Easy to clean and cooks great! I highly recommend! A year later I'm finally writing a review because I checked for this item on my previous orders to see if they were oven safe, AND THEY ARE! I'm so excited to use this feature! I had no idea until now! Update: I love these pans so much I've gone back to the correct review and I think I already have! And guess what!? I remembered they are oven safe! a feature I haven't used yet!
