I had this product for about 2 months and the handle fell off. My guess is that the solder holding the handle was weak. It should have a lifetime guarantee! I called the manufacturer's customer service to make a warranty claim and was asked to fill out a claim form. The application form page is not working. obvious mistake. constantly saying a problem with captcha (that's just with a tick). So I called 800 again and got an agent who said another group, Lifetime Brands, was processing claims for this product. She gave me a number and directed me to a rude agent who told me to call Revane. So I got a 5 star chat agent Revain who solved my problem!
