Perfect replacement for our old ice cream scoop

Our old ice cream scoop left a gray stain on the ice cream and was thrown away and we saw a friend had one so we ordered it too and it's perfect for picking up, cleans great and the bonus is that it doesn't leave gray stains on ice cream.

The handle is too heavy, fell out of the pan

The ladle is not properly weighted (heavier on the handle) so it literally fell on the floor when I put the medium sized pot down. After 3x it's too much and not my fault. I'm sure if you used it in a deeper saucepan or with a thicker sauce it might work, but if it's more of a broth you're in trouble!

I'm on my way to a soup ladle, mate!

This is definitely my new shovel among the other abandoned old trowels in my drawer (sorry folks, Mom has a brand new bag!). A nice long handle protects my hand from steam when cooking, it can hold a larger portion so you need fewer scoops per bowl, and two indentations in the cup for less spills sealed the deal for me. So far it has been kept in enthusiastic soup pots for several months. Even the quality is enough to give imo. Leave a like if this helps you!

If you have any problems with this product, do not wait for the manufacturer's help

I had this product for about 2 months and the handle fell off. My guess is that the solder holding the handle was weak. It should have a lifetime guarantee! I called the manufacturer's customer service to make a warranty claim and was asked to fill out a claim form. The application form page is not working. obvious mistake. constantly saying a problem with captcha (that's just with a tick). So I called 800 again and got an agent who said another group, Lifetime Brands, was processing claims for
