This helped fix a leak in my heater system under my car. The leak is part of the heated rear window tube that runs under the vehicle to the rear heater. The plug just fell apart after 20 years and started leaking at the junction with the aluminum tube that led to the heater. There are several of these connectors and this one fits perfectly and works perfectly to stop the leak. It's also easy to repair. Simply cut the end of the rubber hose where the connector attaches, fit and you're done. You must clean the inside of the rubber hose to remove dirt before installation to avoid clogging the radiator, heater or engine block.
