Works but there is no information in the specifications
Works as advertised. The setting range is very wide, from <8V to >15V. However, a few details are missing from the specifications, in particular how much current the device draws itself (i.e. without a connected load). In "load connected" mode, it consumes 35 to 45 mA depending on the supply voltage. In load shedding mode it will draw between 5 and 10mA, again depending on the voltage it is connected to. Given the maximum load of 10A, that's not much. However, in my case, which is long-term (many weeks) with a light workload, this is too much.
