Overall I like it as an inexpensive addition to my backpack. It's always good to have an extra rope. It dangles slightly from my backpack. I have yet to try the Incendiary, but I don't want it to be my main attack. As a reserve, I would say that everything will be fine. I tried the whistle. If you hit it right, it can be loud, especially if your voice drops and you have a hard time screaming. As with anything survival related, it's always good to have a backup and it can serve this purpose without adding extra weight.
