Review on Rancho RS9000XL RS999043 Shock Absorber: Ultimate Performance and Durability for Your Vehicle by Joseph Redding

Revainrating 1 out of 5

After 6 months my truck drives like it doesn't have front shocks

They worked great when I installed them 6 months ago before taking my RV to the beach. I pulled them to their tightest setting and it eliminated the wobble I typically experienced when towing my 35ft camper at high speeds. I then left them before reaching the beach and driving my diesel F350 down a Cadillac-like road. But now my truck bounces all over the road even though I've gradually tightened them to the hardest position. It's dangerous for me to tow my lynx in the snow because the front of my truck bounces up and down on a slippery road, making it want to slide off the road. I have tried contacting Rancho to see if they will exchange them for an unregulated equivalent but so far to no avail. It is very dangerous, I do not recommend it to anyone!
