Perfect for the counter, Tupperware containers make it easy to "zero/tare" and get the amount of food I want to cook or eat in "grams." After typing in that data with a carb counter and WHAMMO, I look at my macros. This scale is just what you need when you decide to stop messing around and wondering what you are going to fuel your body with. Yay love this. and my wife is already on board!
