I used to have a grocery scale and none could match Taylor's lightning speed. The buttons respond and the scale shows the same numbers every time. I have since bought a second scale for a family member. I don't know how I lived with my old frustrating scales. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Good small scale. I use it to measure ingredients in soap making. I was disappointed that it doesn't measure in hundredths of an ounce (e.g. 2.74 ounces) but only in tenths (e.g. 2.8 ounces); For this reason I would not recommend this for beginners in soap making (cold or hot process). Other than that, it's a quality product.

This is the second Taylor kitchen scale I have purchased. I like that it's accurate and doesn't take up much space. I've even used it to weigh letters and it matches the scales in the post office. I bought this scale because my husband wet a similar Taylor scale while washing dishes and it stopped working. After the new scales were delivered to me, the old ones worked again after drying out. I now have two Taylor scales of a similar style and both work great. I love this scale.

Too bad I didn't buy any. The glass is non-removable so you can wash it thoroughly. I'm afraid of getting the electronics wet and it won't work. It's also a bit small for my needs. I would like a switch. It's handy that it turns itself off after sitting for a while, but it would be nice if I could just turn it off when I'm done. The main reason is that I cannot wash the surface of the scale to my liking. Maybe others just want to dust it off, but after the meat and chicken is on it doesn't work
