I really like this scale. It's accurate, very easy to use and clean - it even looks good. I use them a lot more than my previous grocery scales; For example, I weigh a bottle of Parkay Squeeze Margarine before and after dispensing to count calories. I use both grams and ounces and it only takes a push of a button to switch between them. Calories per unit weight are expressed in grams for many foods. I use ounces when mixing drinks. Determining the tare weight of a container is very simple and the scale can automatically subtract the tare weight from the total weight. It sounds like it might be difficult, but it isn't. I've been using the scale daily for sixty days.
