I ordered this set of WS2812B LED strips and out of five strips only two worked. I sent them back for an exchange. Came in and one of the five new slats didn't work. I wired them all the same, I had an Arduino to connect them, I double checked my soldering (I used to be an electronics assembler and now I'm an engineer, I know how to solder), but I don't see any obvious problem. Maybe the first LED on the strip burned out and therefore does not transmit data to the rest, maybe there is a break somewhere, I don't know. I know I have four out of five bands working for me and I can handle that. But my confidence in buying a new set would be very low.
