Great! However, you must purchase an adapter plate available from the manufacturer. I used 7/16 plus two 1/4 sockets. The first was basic, but the 1/4 screw was finicky with a 1/4" universal socket underneath. I ordered an adapter plate in case I need to remove and replace the winch. The TW-9000 looks more stable and I'm glad I got it, the instructions say it should cool down in 4 minutes but it never stopped. The water level is dropping and the last 3 feet of the draw is quite steep. I heard the voltage but it never smoked even though the instructions said it will be ok initially. The controls were simple with the gears engaged or free running. Switched on has a brake for moving (with safety chain engaged). Power is supplied via a spring loaded switch, up or down. I looked very smug on the ramp. You'll have to find a ground on the hitch itself or buy more green 8 gauge which I soldered into the Anderson connector on the hitch, it's the same type used on the winch itself. Nice compact unit and I was very happy to be able to install it on a winch and still be able to close the garage on the boat.
