I like that we can track our hours spent as an NQC (Non-Qualified) with CFE's system. This is helpful in being able to bill clients more accurately because it records all of my activities regardless if they are related or not! Also very easy to use once you figure out some things about how everything works - there were several points where questions popped up so maybe having extra training materials would have been beneficial but other than this I haven't found anything negative yet! Being able to enter/track both childcare & homecare at one convenient place has streamlined paperwork greatly by removing duplicate entries from 2 places. Our agency now knows when our educators arrive to work at what times which allows us to better schedule classes accordingly. The best part is that it's easy to use and has so many features! I like how you can see your data at any given moment. This software is great because it allows me to keep track of my clients as well as all of the information about them. Sometimes it can be difficult to find certain things sometimes but overall it's still an amazing program. I would recommend this software to anyone looking for a good piece of software. I am able to keep track of all of my clients and their info.
