My children love spam musubi and also like to help in the kitchen. Sure, spam isn't the healthiest food, but it's young and I'm happy to indulge. I bought a Musubi Maker as a single many years ago but thought I had lost it. So I ordered this double width. This made the musubi much easier to make and although I found an old single device I will probably replace it with this one forever. This allows us to make musubi without having to cut the seaweed in half (sourced from the local HMART/Korean market). Plastic is relatively easy to clean and wash. I think I could have thrown it in the dishwasher and it might have survived, but I didn't want to risk it so I hand washed it (it doesn't get that dirty anyway). He seems a little fragile but we tried to take care of him. It's good that such devices exist!
