was a devoted supporter of Samsung. I went from a galaxy s3 that had served me well for five years and was still functional when I used it with my nephew. One of this phone's biggest issues is that the battery does not last for a longer period of time. Well, I figured that something had to be sacrificed in order to achieve productivity and "flagship" status. After two months of use, communication issues started to arise, and my interlocutor and I's audibility got worse: it felt first like we were speaking next to one other, then like we were speaking behind a wall (very deaf). The 50,000 phone cannot handle its Primary function! They simply reset the phone to factory settings and reported that no issue was identified after unsuccessful attempts in the ASC. Soon random reboots and freezes started happening. As a result, the experiment has been ongoing for approximately six months following four months of effort. Thankfully, though, it's coming to an end. In the future, I'll say that a factory defect in the motherboard was discovered by an unbiased examination chosen by Samsung. What did the ASC do back then, and for what do they get paid? The business started focusing on quantity rather than quality as it had in the past. We'll see where it goes from there. Yet, I believe that the outcome is obvious.
