Got this chair June 22, 2022. Less than 3 months ago. PROS: 1. Assembly was easy and obvious.2. lumbar heat felt great -would be better if heated larger portion or rotating heat spots!CONS: 1. Immediately thought not that comfy- barely any padding anywhere including seat and back (and I’m not a very big person! 5’6 142#; I’m only person ever even sat on chair. I never once had shoes on. Always socks or barefoot.2. 3 weeks ago the footrest which has LESS than 1/16 inch of padding (see my video) total came unstitched. It looks like a piece of trash in my living room.3. The massage part was better than nothing for about a month but then there started to be loud and varying sounds. Sometimes a loud high pitched squeak but always the sound of a helicopter in the room. No matter what massage setting it’s VERY disruptive!Can’t tell as much in my video bc not as loud if not sitting in the chair.4. Tried to contact seller but only got chat bot telling me no refund /review policy. No other options to find a resolution. Thus, I’m left with only option to write this honest review which includes seller totally unattached to any communication. I’ve never written a negative review before and tried to contact seller to avoid it this time. This tells me seller doesn’t care!Lesson learned on my part! I was Sooo apprehensive about ordering a chair like this online but locally was going to be October before the one I wanted was in stock and I really needed a chair! So instead of getting a cheap 200$ chair I paid Over 500$ for this one thinking if it just lasts a year it will be worth it with heat and massage! I WAS WRONG! BIG MISTAKE! All I have Is a ripped up uncomfortable trashy looking chair that heats up in one zone and sounds like a helicopter in the fireplace! Also doesn’t feel or look like it reclines as much as in the picture! JUST AWFUL! Shoulda just had a bonfire and burned up 538 1$ bills! #REGRETS
