We bought this for our brother. 1st off he only received one box ( by UPS on Sat) the first day & was very upset. The other came the next day Sunday! I have had my chairs for a week now. I ordered two of them to replace a couch that had become physically painful to sit in, as I have a bad back and there was zero support to the couch anymore.It was delivered via FedEx and did arrive in 2 boxes. The chair itself is awesome. After a week I had an issue and customer service is addressing it. Delivery was very fast. Assembly extremely easy. I am waiting for the company itself to address the issue of failure to operate 1 massage point that makes a queer noise when in use. I am not satisfied with there assistance at this point

One of the ac adapters was busted when it arrived, but the sellers took care of it. The massager is already starting to go out after a month, but I expected that for the price. The thigh massager no longer works and the back massager is squeaking really loudly. Still a good deal for being half the cost of others. Super comfy.
