The item is counterfeit or someone has tampered with the content. I always use products from the 10 list so I was dying to try this line. As soon as I smelled it, I felt that it smelled a little. The conditioner is bigger than the shampoo but doesn't smell great either. The air conditioning smelled strongly of chemicals. I immediately had to wash my hair 3 times because my scalp started to burn terribly as soon as I applied the conditioner. When I washed my hair again with my old shampoo, it looked like it was wet with glue. I had to wash and condition it multiple times to get it out of my hair and my scalp still burns. DO NOT BUY.
