The item is counterfeit or someone has tampered with the content. I always use products from the 10 list so I was dying to try this line. As soon as I smelled it, I felt that it smelled a little. The conditioner is bigger than the shampoo but doesn't smell great either. The air conditioning smelled strongly of chemicals. I don't even know where to start. This is the worst shampoo and conditioner I have ever used or bought. It has ZERO foam. I have medium length hair and had to use at least 10 pumps to get enough shampoo. I would compare it to a pile of thick hand cream (not even lotion) and then adding a gallon of water. still ZERO foam. I love leave-in spray conditioners, so I figured why not try them all at once. I HATE shampoo and conditioner. A complete waste of money.

Oh my god these products saved my hair. After coloring in blond, the hair is very dry and breaks. After just using this shampoo and conditioner my hair has regained its shine and is very healthy. Before that I tried several procedures but to no avail! I will keep using it forever

This stuff smells amazing! It smells like Strawberry Starburst and I really like that aspect. However, when my hair is a bit messy, it doesn't lather at all! I should use a shampoo that cleans better and then use that as a second shampoo (if I don't wash my hair with this shampoo three times, I feel really clean the third time). I've been using the tenth line of products for at least five years. I use the 'silk' line but thought I'd try the 'whipped' shampoo plus conditioner. Well the shampoo doesn't lather well so I have to use more and I have thin hair! Hair tangled even more, even with conditioner! Never buy this line again! Always stick with what you are happy with! That's ten silk!
