Review on VH Chart by Gary Haymon

It is easy for our nurses to use this app as it allows them to easily input information at any time during a shift. I do not like that you cannot create custom templates within the program. If there was more customization available then that would be helpful in keeping things organized. This has helped us keep track of patients throughout the day. We also love being able to enter medications directly into the chart when we arrive back to the unit after leaving off duty hours. It is easy to use & navigate through it as well as share between different doctors at the same time. I like that you don't need any special apps in order for this app to work but if your phone does not have certain features then it will crash. This has nothing to do with vh chart specifically. The phones compatibility needs to be updated more frequently. If all your family physicians were using this app then there would less confusion about what medications your child was taking.
