So it's a totally unique system that seems to work well but has its own unique complexities. Since the torque is on the ball and not the hitch mounting rod, sticking in the ball socket seems to be a common occurrence, even if you follow the instructions and tighten the hitch in the minimum trailer side pressure position. It worked great for my 1200 mile trip but with a 7000lb trailer and a 1200lb trailer I don't understand how this 14000/1400 hitch got its @$$. 500€ is too much for a single use. Unless, of course, they plan to include a lifetime supply of spare bushings.
