REVIEW: The company has contacted me about my concerns. They gave much better instructions on how I should use the cutter and that the potatoes need to be cut into smaller pieces to use. Now it works fine! Many thanks for your help! OLD REVIEW: It doesn't work. I just opened it up and tried to cut the potato but it didn't work and now my potato is stuck in it. I even cut it in half and put the smaller part inside. I have yet to figure out how to get the potatoes before I send them back. 😭 I will return this product and buy another brand elsewhere.
