Came in a different box, don't know if that's really the case.

Came in a different box, not sure if it's really an anchor. I called Anchor because it was 1/4" bigger, they said they hadn't made strong bindings in years. Not used at all. Bought another one made with an anchor which was a hydraulic model came in an anchor locker, albeit adjusted 1/4 inch higher so the stitching worked well.
