This bit cuts Baltic Birch plywood cleanly with a smooth edge and no sticking. Carbide milling cutters protrude slightly beyond the bearing, however, so this cutter cuts deeper than the template I used to round the corners. This resulted in extra steps to clean up each corner before proceeding with rounding bits etc. Also, the aluminum template I used was damaged. Overcutting may be acceptable if you use a template to cut the entire piece (it will be slightly smaller but may be acceptable). I wouldn't recommend it for other uses. So good cutters, but not suitable for flush installation. This goes in the trash.
