I've looked at different ways to sharpen knives, but I've always been afraid that somehow I'll ruin the blade. Try the ANART kitchen knife sharpener! stands for itself. The three slots are clearly labeled Fine, Coarse, and Ceramic, so you'll never have to forget which slot gets which knife again. Ceramic knives should only be sharpened in a "ceramic" slot, while other knives are first sharpened in a "coarse" slot and then sharpened in a "fine" slot. Basically, you just pull the blade through the slots in one horizontal motion, and when you're done, just rinse it off and you're good to go! It works great and now our knives are sharp again. Disclosure: I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest review. I only review products that I need/use and always give my honest opinion on a product.
