Excellent protection from this case. However, it comes with two bezels that fit over the front of the phone before inserting into the main body of the case. One frame has a plastic screen protector pre-installed and the other is open so it can be used with your own screen protector. I prefer glass protectors so put them on your screen. The included frame is too small to properly fit the screen protector to the screen, especially along the length. As a result, it presses on the tread edge and lifts it slightly, allowing air bubbles to get under the tread. I solved this problem by slightly trimming the inside edge of the bezel with a utility knife. It worked, but the inside length of the bezel needs to be increased by about 1/32" to accommodate the screen protectors.
