1. Very time consuming to install. Took almost 10 hours. I’m very serious2. The mounting plate has a very poor design Had to use another plate to fit hall.3. No spare crystals.4. Package delivered was ripped as if like it was returned.5. Scratches on the board.6. Poor wiring coding.7. No Bulbs. Seriously you want the customer to get 4 bulbs after installing the chandelier?8. Poor manual. Just 1 piece of paper with zero to minimal instructions.9. No basic tools for installation.10. Screws provided were short. Will not be suitable for everyone. I’d to get separate plate and screws etc11. Pathetic even for a DIY enthusiast.12. Board on top of the light is open in sides exposing the wiring inside.13. Wires were tangled and had to unscrew them remove app the tangles before installation.
