I like that we can view all of our documents in one place, rather than having to open different programs or files when looking at various parts needed by each customer order - which is cumbersome! The software does not have any specific features yet- but it's growing quickly so they are getting there soon enough :) We're using this as an inventory management system (we also use Sage 200). It has been very easy thus far since most things work similarly with other systems such as SAP Business One. This helps streamline processes because once you get used to how everything works together within your current platform then transferring over to another product becomes much easier. Also being able to pull up information from anywhere makes life simpler if someone else needs something done while working remotely instead of asking them specifically what program they need access too. Our goal was simply keeping track of who had received their purchase orders vs those still waiting on theirs etc.-it allows us keep tabs on these without relying solely upon email communication between.
