Lead-free thin solder that works in the tightest of spaces.
Great for complex circuits. I've used it on circuit boards and wiring. Both worked great once I soldered them on and the installation process was pretty easy. The solder didn't roll all over the place and when I was done the connection was good and tight.
Pros
- Physical: Melting point 227°C (440.6℉); Good fluidity and uniform heating, good thermal and electrical conductivity.
Cons
- Not bad, but...
