2004 Toyota Sienna XLE Limited 3.3L V6 - Bank 2 / O2 Sensor 2 (Downstream) Removal I prepared by spraying PB Blaster once around the threads of my O2 sensor to soak it. I then drove around the area for about 10 minutes just to warm up the exhaust pipes and help loosen the connection. I didn't have to drive it for too long as that particular O2 sensor is literally next to the cat. I put the van back on the ramps, sprayed around the O2 sensor again and let it sit while assembling my new outlet and tools (and gloves for the potentially hot exhaust). With a 3/8 ratchet, he didn't budge at all on the first pull. But after putting one foot on the inside of the tire and giving it a second pull with a little effort, it came off beautifully! :) I was very impressed! Based on the horror stories of people trying to destroy O2 sensors on YouTube, I expected to lie on the garage floor cursing this thing for an hour. O2 sensor! ; ) haha instead. Overall I did it in 15-20 minutes. Worth every penny.
