Review on The Trainers Advisory Network by Michael Hellewell

I have been using trainer for about 3 years now as an admin assistant at my work place (a small construction firm). It is easy enough that anyone can use it without having any computer or IT savvy knowledge needed! There are only 2 things i dislike which has nothing directly related to trainor itself but more so just general business issues when doing online orders/sales etc.. First being how long does each transaction take? Sometimes they get lost during processing time if not done fast enough sometimes up till 4-5 hours later after placing order!! This isn't really something specific though because you would think this should be solved once their system gets updated right?!
