Trainer Has Proven To Be Very Useful For All Types Of Business

I have been using trainer for about 3 years now as an admin assistant at my work place (a small construction firm). It is easy enough that anyone can use it without having any computer or IT savvy knowledge needed! There are only 2 things i dislike which has nothing directly related to trainor itself but more so just general business issues when doing online orders/sales etc.. First being how long does each transaction take? Sometimes they get lost during processing time if not done fast enough

  • Easy interface
  • Very user friendly even non techs could understand easily.
  • Online help available 24x7 whenever there's need
  • Great support staff with great expertise in what needs fixing :)
Cons
  • Nothing much honestly, maybe too many features included within one program instead split them out better between different programs

Helped Expand My Business Faster Than Ever

It helped us get more leads into our business because we were able to expand it much faster than without using an online platform like this one! I had previously been collecting names manually but was having problems keeping track later down when they went back off my list or didn't follow up at all after getting information from me about their request for help - sometimes even months afterwards. An easy-to use CRM system plus great customer service

I appreciated that there was an option for you to set up your own data fields. Some people may not like having all their information stored in one place. This helps keep all personal info separate from business related details. There is nothing about this software I dislike at this time. If it were my choice I would have been more specific when setting things up. For instance, I do think there should be some way to add notes or something similar to each account/contact so we can see what issues
