We were moving from one end of the US to the other and needed extra space to carry our essentials. As we don't have a roof rack, it was a bit difficult at first to find a roof bag that would fit our car. After checking out the roof bags and reading the reviews, my husband and I agreed. The delivery was fast and the bag arrived in perfect condition. It was very easy to mount it on the roof of our car. I have to say that the instructions that came with the bag were very unhelpful, but figuring out how to secure it was relatively easy. We could pack a lot of items in the bag. I love that it had two zippers so we could add a padlock for security. What's more, the bag opens almost completely, making it incredibly easy to organize all your belongings before you zip it up. It didn't rain so I can't say if the bag is waterproof. It held securely on our roof on the freeway at over 70 mph. This will definitely come in handy for future hikes or other transfers. The bag is in perfect condition after moving. No fraying, ripping or tearing.
