So I bought this hydration pack because it seemed well made and was cheaper than the Camel options. I wanted a dual pocket hydration pack, but I also needed a low profile. I compete in spartan races. If you don't know what it is, check out YouTube. The last thing I did was outside of Nashville, Tennessee in Ft. Campbell in late August. This package met and exceeded my expectations. He went through barbed wire, through many obstacles, through mud, etc., and it wasn't easy for me either. It never leaked, still hasn't leaked and to be honest it's just amazing. My only complaint was that the bite valve cover (the soft rubber piece you bite down to drain water) came off during post race practice. Well I've received several emails from the company asking if I liked it and letting me know if there was any trouble getting in touch with them. So I did, not really expecting anything. I received an email within 45 minutes and they apologized for tearing off the bite valve and said they would send me a new one. It was around 11am on Tuesday September 13th. It is now Thursday September 15th at around 5:00 p.m. and I have the package in my hand. The customer service is second to none. I recommend this pack for hydration. I've put it through more abuse in one weekend than most of you probably in your entire life taking it hiking, running, etc. 10/10 would buy it again.
