This is a great product for people like me who are too clumsy to use a curling iron to use. I have a lot of long hair. The longer your hair, the smaller strands you can style with a flat iron, so it takes a little longer for long hair. It takes me 15 minutes to do my whole head. I find that holds my hair best right after washing and drying. I lightly spray my whole head with hairspray before use and lightly brush through the curls when I'm done. I've seen people reporting issues in reviews and here are the tricks I've learned If you take too much hair it won't fully curl If you miss and don't ALL your hair into the V point of the G hair straightener will tangle the hair that didn't hit the target. Once I learned and tangled my hair a few times, it was easy to get out. Make sure you point the iron in the right direction as recommended. And don't let the kids use it alone like one reviewer did.
