Very cheaply made. I was sad because first I counted the days until his arrival. Our apartment complex had the usual crappy shower head that delivered little water pressure. But after the first installation everything worked fine for the first few days. Then it started to flow. I installed with the help of my father who taped the faucet before installing the shower head. Elsewhere it started dripping. In order to shower without water splashing onto the ceiling, I have to cover the nozzle with a washcloth every time. I do not recommend the product, dad said that the "ball" is cheaply made and will break with continued use. I will return it and invest in a better version.
