Makes DIY oil changes easy

BLUF: Great, buy it. I've been changing my oil myself for many years. It's a lot cheaper than going to the store and I use premium oil and make sure it's done right. I recently heard about a competitor of this company and was intrigued by the valved drain system. I didn't sell their external activator as I ride off-road quite a bit and don't want a rock knocking out the valve. Some research led me to this product and it turned out to have all the features I wanted. Low profile, with no external drain activation, the kit includes a hose for easy draining into the oil reservoir and is made of durable materials. Did my first oil change with this on my 5.7 Tundra and it was so ridiculously easy I even chuckled a bit when I was done. Popped a hose into my waste oil container, removed the cap from the plug, put in a drain tool and hose, bam. Drain time was decent, obviously not as quick as simply pulling the drain plug, but not much slower and not slow enough to bother me. The best part is that not a drop of oil was spilled and I didn't have to try to move the big latch as it drained as the oil goes from full flow to drip like I did with the old cork method. I did some off-roading and the plug is fine, it still doesn't protrude above the oil pan but it helped ease my fear of hitting something and losing all the oil in the middle of nowhere. Activation of the drain is internal in all cases and there is no way to activate it without an instrument and tubing combination. The thing is strong too. Well built and I'm not worried about durability or breakage. In the future I will buy them for all my cars.
