I like that it does not get out dated because we are always able to keep up with what's going in our school year after season! They also have easy access into their database which makes life easier when answering questions throughout my work week or weekend!! Sometimes you may run across something during your working hours, but luckily there isn't much needed help from them if its an offsite issue (but this could be said about any software). Not really anything i dislike as far goes how they operate through business days/weeks etc., however sometimes things can go missing over time so just make sure everything gets transferred at least once every month until new years rolls around again otherwise items will disappear without notice unless someone manually enters data themselves within program settings - i would suggest doing some trainings prior starting using these programs since training helps people understand more fully whats being done before hand vs having manual entries made by others who do know better than one self. I really like the fact that it is very user friendly and the customer service is very helpful. I think the system is a little outdated in some ways. It is not easy to use for someone who is not tech savvy. I think the fact that it is so outdated should be addressed. I would love to see more up to date software options. I am solving the issue of keeping track of the day to day operations of a preschool. It is helping to keep track of everything.
