Same as old . No more hissing, no more stalling at traffic lights, no more random oil pressure flashes, no more embarrassingly rough running like it has a serious vacuum leak, and no more pumping the brake to keep the truck alive at traffic lights. Definitely worth your money. Here's a tip of what I did: I decided to replace this part, naturally thinking my blower seal had a major vacuum leak. So I pulled out my receipt which was unnecessary. But I took the whole throttle body off and cleaned it with Purple Power and when I removed the old IAC I used an old toothbrush and Purple Power to get rid of all the oil residue. You can also use a throttle body or carburetor cleaner. This works just as well and evaporates faster, but the fumes will be much stronger. But I cleaned it, put on a new gasket and tightened the throttle body to spec. Now it runs smooth as silk. You wouldn't know it has nearly 300,000.
