These shoes are VERY tight! Although the length was correct for a size 13 boy, they squeezed him in the widest part of the foot (between the arch and the toes). This has never been an issue with other shoes and it fits easily with his other size 13 shoes so this seems to be a direct issue with this shoe. I've compared them bottom to bottom against his other standard size 13 shoes and they're at least 1/4 inch narrower and more in the toe box. They're also very, very stiff - like there's a board under your foot. generally while you walk. I wanted to return but the seller (DC Shoes) is asking us to pay the return shipping fees even though the item is clearly marked as FREE RETURNS. And they want it shipped insured or with some other proof of delivery. This means I lose half the value of the shoe if I just send it back (when I complained they said I could take it to the DC store to return it instead. How VERY generous of them! Damn) VERY VERY unhappy. with all this experience Not at all like my previous history with Revain and market shopping.
