The heat protection is great and the medium weight also allows heavy loads.
I am a flight attendant and I use these gloves when removing cooked meals from the kitchen ovens. Ovens cook at temperatures ranging from 130°C (266°F) to 150°C (302°F). I can quickly unload over 200 wrapped aluminum shells with these gloves. Thermal protection is excellent and the medium weight still offers plenty of maneuverability.
