Review on 💽 Verbatim 4TB Store and Save Desktop Hard Drive, USB 3.0, Diamond Black 99399 by Jacob Ferrarini

First installation: The device did not start. I've tried a few power transformers, switched the one on out of the box, no luck. The LED on the front panel did not light up. The computer didn't recognize it. Contacted the manufacturer directly and they were told to buy another power converter. That's exactly what I did. Vain. I asked Revain for a replacement. They have fully cooperated and a replacement is on the way. Just take a look. Update: Revain sent a replacement which worked great once the USB 3 module installation was complete. I'm holding back the five star rating because Vebatim customer service didn't figure out what the problem was and insisted the unit didn't have a power converter (and it does). ). The instructions for the USB 3 module were also insufficient.
