I bought this item as a gift for my boyfriend who loves to experiment with new cocktails. This set had everything we need to make a great drink. He loves his gift and has used it a few times and boasted about how good it is. After the second use, we noticed a few spots where rust appeared. I contacted the company to see what options we had as it only seemed very odd for a few uses. They responded almost immediately, apologizing for the faulty product and assuring them that they would send out a replacement as soon as possible. They even sent a replacement within 2 days of shipping! The products in this set are really fantastic and I think I really only received a broken shaker but thanks to the seller's prompt action I am a happy buyer!
