3 days worked and no longer switched on.

Worked like 3 for a few days and I couldn't access my account to complain or get a refund. Not even worth $10 smh. Just a waste of money. I've been waiting for at least a few months. I want a refund but my account keeps getting disconnected because I can't access my previous number.
