Review on 🔧 Improved Fuel Pump Assembly Replacement for Ford F150 (1999-2003), F150 Heritage (2004), F250 (1999), E2237S XL3Z-9H307AA, and 2001 F150 Fuel Pump by Leonardo Sandoval

My setup was on a 1999 F150 XL 4.2L Adjustable Cab Standard Bed - (137in wb). I bought this pump because it claimed to be an "exact" replacement for the original. It's not like this. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the original next to this replacement, but the replacement chassis is actually about 3/4" longer, but that 3/4" means it's not a 1 for 1 trade. So I did what some others do I did and removed all the parts from the new block (pump, gauge, wire harness) and mounted them onto the old OEM chassis. It was such a PITA to install I call it my mistake when I installed the new sensor in the old chassis I must have damaged it somehow so it didn't work. Although I read that some buyers installed one of these, this one is new and the sensor still didn't work or worked intermittently. I'm giving it 3 stars because all the parts go over the old chassis easily and at $40 it was a bargain, let's see if it holds up.
